Not too long ago, we moved house again (!) and settled into a lovely new built property not too far from where we used to live. Things happened quite fast but if you know me well, you’ll know I’m always up for this type of challenge. We prayed for things to go smoothly, and I’m grateful they did. A few weeks ago we celebrated my mother’s birthday at the Thai restaurant Kinkao, situated on the Isle of Dogs. The restaurant used to be called Elephant Royale and my family and I had visited on numerous occasions. They recently went through a rebrand and the restaurant is now under new management.
